3 Steps to Join

Step 1

Pass the placement test.

  • You have to take the test to register for Latin, English (5 to 8 & 9 to 12), Grammar, and the SAT. No test required for SAT II.

  • ​Entering Emerson students score above the 75th percentile of all test takers in their grade.

  • ​You are exempt from the test if you have taken the official SSAT Middle, SSAT Upper, or SAT within the past year and can provide us with the official score report.

Emerson Latin offers a complete Latin curriculum, grades 5-12, from the beginner to the SAT and AP Exam, along with selective courses in English language, literature, and composition. We meet in small groups either online or in our classroom in Apgujeong, Seoul.

The teacher is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, Golden Key International Honour Society, and American Classics League.
